I’ve experienced firsthand just how difficult it can be to juggle the pressures of work and home, and to keep a positive mindset in the process.

My path from Groundhog Day to a Mindset Advantage

During my career in the manufacturing industry, I experienced many of the challenges in the Groundhog Day scenario and found myself fascinated by how to get the most out of myself and others. This journey led me to some powerful techniques that I used to develop a strengths-based outlook on my life and my career, and that have given me the tools to create a better way of thinking and being. I now think of this practice as a 'Mindset Advantage.'
Through my content and my coaching services, I now dedicate my time to helping others to:

  • Identify and unlock the strengths they bring to work
  • Understand how to develop better relationships through better understanding of perception and communication preferences
  • Have a better understanding of the unconscious mind which determines so many of our thoughts, feelings and actions
  • Develop a growth mindset; one where we reconnect with the pleasure of self-improvement, taking action, seeing possibilities and embracing the joy of learning.

Together these techniques are a powerful recipe for creating the mindset advantage that you need to achieve your goals.

I’m Gary Webb, creator of The Mindset Advantage coaching system.
Getting the most out of myself, and inspiring the best in others has been in my DNA since a young age.
I was drawn to the food manufacturing industry at an early stage of my career and quickly sought out opportunities to manage teams. Since then, I've gained 30 years of experience from managing sites with turnovers of up to £300m and 900 people across the UK, Europe and Africa. I've learned a lot about what to do and critically, what not to do. I've been on a long journey to figure out how to be at my best more consistently and how to inspire the same in others.
Through a process of trial and error, coupled with putting myself through training for specific coaching practices, I've now created the system that I wish I'd had right from the outset of my career. In the process I’ve qualified as an NLP master practitioner and master coach.
I'm a big fan of theories; and for me, it's all about taking those theories and applying practical application and seeing results.
I now get a massive buzz from supporting others to find their personal mindset advantage, and then taking this work into their team and the wider organisation.
